Constitutional Reform - The Way Forward

 

 

The Board of NHW Victoria has become aware that the Constitution and organisational structure of NHW in the State make it virtually impossible to comply with current legislation.

A detailed paper, "The Way Forward", has been produced to explain the problem, review the alternatives for addressing this, and to provide a description of the way forward.
